Margaret is active with over 40 global and national charities, the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, the Tarrant County Restaurant Association, the Texas Restaurant Association, The Hawaiian Restaurant Association and is Founder of the Dubai Restaurant Association.

Mark Davis Bailey has 40+ years of experience in the restaurant industry as a Worker, Leader, Investor and Owner Operator. Mark has been an Investor in the restaurant industry since 1989, and a multi-unit Owner/Operator for the past 24 years. Mark is active with the National Restaurant Association, past President of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association (multiple times), past President of the Texas Restaurant Association and a Texas Restaurant Association Hall of Honor recipient.
